Agent/Associate Bio Information:

A realtor can act in two different roles, either as a buyer’s
agent or a seller’s agent. Listening is one of the most important
qualities in a good realtor.  As the buyer’s agent it is important
to hear the client’s needs and desires in a home.  A good
seller’s agent uses these acute listening skills and then goes
one step further to develop a good marketing plan and price
assessment for the target market.  As a thirty year resident
of the Columbia area I am very knowledgeable about the city
and surrounding communities of Chapin, Lexington, Irmo,
Lake Murray and the Northeast area.  Different communities
attract different buyers and my knowledge of the community
and my marketing skills will help me find the right client for
my seller or the right home for my buyer.

In my previous career I had extensive training in marketing
and negotiating skills.  My main focus is satisfying each
client.  I handle new construction and resales.

I love my job as a realtor.  It allows me the opportunity to
help people reach their goals.  There is great joy in helping
the first time buyer find their first home.  Their excitement is
contagious.  I also enjoy helping those who are moving up
in the market or sizing down.  Each person is at a point in
their life that they need a strong supporter to help them.

Strong work ethic, accessibility, good communication skills,
attention to detail and market knowledge have made me a
successful realtor.
