My name is Joey Menendez. I recently retired from the United States Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant after 23 years of service. As a SC native, I was excited when the opportunity to be assigned to Shaw AFB presented itself. After moving back to the state, immediately knew that this is where my family and I wanted to plant our roots. After serving the country for so long, I knew I wanted to do something in the service field after the Air Force. I'm proud to now be able to help people reach their goals in real estate. While I'm excited to help all members of this fantastic community, I specifically look forward to leveraging the 11 moves I made in the USAF to help military members transition into and out of this area. As a real estate investor myself, I also look forward to helping fellow investors reach their goals.
I'm proud to be part of the EXIT Real Estate Solutions team which has been serving this area since 2009. In addition to my real estate business, I'm a leadership coach and volunteer in the local community. My wife, 4 kids, and I enjoy travel and camping when we're not busy in school and with our extracurriculars.
